    Default My 2nd Box

    Guys,
I finally worked out how to compress the file even further and i feel like an idiot it was so easy.

This is camphor laurel and it is my own design. i used a 3/16 10 TPI blade. I need to further sand and apply anothe coat of varnish but essentially it is done.
I liked it so much i got excited and killed my next effor by cutting off one of the draws. Oh well a design change midway.

    HI PTC,

It ios 310mm x 185mm then curvey. I was offered $85.00 for it on the weekend. I did not think i would get as much as that. I am going to acquire some blackwood this week and try one out of that.

    HI PTC,

    They look great.
I am going to use some spalted Gum for this one. I have used a pattern out of the "Beautiful Bansaw Boxes book" called "Waves" I am cutting tonight and sanding tomorrow.
