Thanks John. I might take you up on that although it might be a while until I can get up to your standard. What sort of thickness do you suggest I start at? 1", 2", 3"? It's hard to judge the thickness from the pictures. Also would you suggest a quarter inch blade or three-eights blade?

start with 5 one inch boards of one spieces or a mixture it doesnt matter glue them together with tite bond original, i use 6mm blade 6 teeth p inch to cut the back off and i use a 3mm 10 teeth p inch to cut drawers.
