Hi all didnt do much last night, apparently im spending too much time in the cave
Due to the "reaction" as mentioned in previous post I have a small blip on the front of the box. Where I have tried to wipe around the handle. If i can get the light right ill add some photos tonight.
The other surfaces are ok cause it was just one full sweep. But where I had to start mid front because of the handle there is a wipe mark
The re application of flocking tho has been a success.
Photos 2night.

Hi xgrain
Only problem I have had with 2nd coat wipe on is temperature. Too cold in our shed to use it now so I take over part of the kitchen bench. Also would like some feedback on how well the acrylic paint holds the flock after a bit of use.

Some more pictures.
The boat complete.. light was dying and it was beginning to drizzle. The camera is a video with still frame capture so its very hard to know if its in focus or not and no control on depth of field
Orange? yeh well thats what I had will the acrylic hold? like you I dont know we will see, this is a prototype after all.

Now for the oregon box.
Yep it is coldish I have them sitting on the fishtank(tropical) inside which keeps em warm and seems to dry them slowly but well. Its only when Im outside in the shed and working on em they may cool down.
All up Im pretty happy for a first attempt. I will flock the inside on the weekend.(probly not oragnge :lol)
There are marks and the last photo sorta shows that smear. You really have to get the light right to notice it, near the knot.

A lot of improvements on your first Oregon box! Fix that little smear and it will be perfect!
