Hi Bryan,
I've been away a while, missed a few of these posts. Time to make a box? I just plug away at them, doesnt take long to cut them out but a long time finishing (see Tony's estimate of 85 % of total time). I use oil finishes as I cant use strong solvents for health reasons, so the finishing takes a couple of weeks with curing time etc.
