Default Year 10 Major Woodwork Job

Hey people, saw that another guy in my class BenBrown had posted a pic of his Year 10 major so I thought I'd do the same. Wouldn't mind getting your opinion on my major job and the marquetry design I did, and I also would like some possible ideas for my Year 12 major as well. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks guys

    Thumbs up

G'day Marc!! That is a great piece!!

Looks like you and Ben have a bit of friendly rivalry going.

You are both on the way to being fine woodworkers.

If this is the standard your setting yourself and others in year 10 I hope to see your year 12 final project

maybe you could do some bed side tables in the same design but with some interesting differences such as hiden draws, some subtle inlay work describing a his and hers logo, and maybe you could also turn a pair os bed side lamps that cold incorperate a similar theme.

    Fantsmorical work by the way!

Thanks. Yeh, everyone in the class made a coffee table, but me and Ben were the only ones who did marquetry designs

Forget that, I wish I had your skill now, and it's been about 20 years since I was in yea 10. Well done, I really like that design.
