    Default Abnox Wanner Oiler Bits

In another thread Anorak Bob as asked if I could take a few photos of the innards of an Abnox Wanner oil gun I use, I figured I'd start a new thread rather than hijack the original and this might be of some use to others.

First photo shows the oiler pretty much disassembled and all of the major components

Second photo is a view of where the pump housing screws onto the main oil cylinder including the sealing washer (left) and the opposite end of the pump housing where the pump cylinder comes out including the o-ring (right)

Last is a photo of the oiler freshly refiled and ready to close up.

    Hope this is useful.
    Cheers,
    Greg.

Thank you Greg for going to the trouble of dismantling your perfectly good oiler and for the photos.

Wanner has revised the design. My two are filled via the end cap, the seal in one being a cause of considerable leakage. Oil also leaks from the outer telescoping pump housing. I might investigate the availability of spare parts. The age of mine may not be in their favour though. Still, they work, just messily.

    Bob.
