Anyone know of actual courses/classes in metalwork
Hi, I appreciate I should be more patient and look further myself, but I'm a bit irritated that during what WAS a commodity boom, and a period the country was supposedly attempting to re-establish a skills base, I can't actually find anywhere that runs courses outside business hours, covering metal turning/milling, in the western half of Melbourne. Is there anywhere that has a history of running such courses during the year that anyone actually knows of? Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction.

Aye ring up tafe, I do one and I think its about 300 or 400 a year. Worth it even if you have the equipment, as they have all the gear you could imagine and most people there do there own projects anyway. And of course the lecturers there always help and advise.
