Have a look at the AL330 manual and see if there are any matching pages, they might have been redrawn, I notice the leadscrew drive drawing for the Grizzly 4003 is slightly different...

Welcome to the forum, there are a few of us on here with the same lathe, so if you get stuck, maybe someone here can help out.

The CQ6250 is pretty much the same as the Grizzly G4003

Hi Ray,
Gasweld sell spares as well, but as you know my threading gearbox is different to yours. I have never bought any, but I have rang asking about spare half nuts and cross slide nuts and they said they had them.

Let me know if I can be of any help or if you need a scan of my manual.
Also my manual has detailed diagrams on making a new cross slide nut and half nuts.

I know this is an old thread, but have a look at www.metalillness.com :: Index in the machine and tool manuals section, they have pretty much any tool I have looked for, but you will need to find the local branding of the machine (Grizzly, H&F, Shaoxing, Atlas, Craftsman etc).

Hey you guys have the same (very similar) lathe to me. I have a Workman QC6230/914.
