Ever since I saw the original on PM I have been looking askance at my POSTM bandsaw clamp and wishing, hoping against the day when I too would be able to hold things without fulminating profanity.
Thanks RC
And Happy Easter

Don't you hate it when your 10 minutes and 1 person late.
You don't mind if your 2 days late and number 35.
Bit like when you line up for concert tickets and they closed the ticket window after the person in front of you.
Ah well, enjoy and have a good easter.

Not really too late... Amazingly another 4 have turned up on the workbench... They look to have been made in a slightly different way to the others, but still act the same...
These ones come with a different price though.... As this being Easter Sunday and all, and me having a part time job on the waterfront I know all about penalty rates, and Easter Sunday and Christmas day have the highest penalty rates of them all..
So these four are priced at three and a half times the rate of the other 14...
I am not good at maths but from my books, three and a half times zero is still a hellishly great deal...
So three left...Light red, the colour of choice for the discerning man.

I was a little curious as to how these clamps work, so had a poke around PM and found this pic.
Given that this is the Metalwork Forum, it makes sense to see that they are meant for a horizontal metal cutting bandsaw.
Very neat

Yes still some available.... One poster has pulled out after seeing they are for metal bandsaws, which I forgot to mention in the first post...
So three left still...Light red, the colour of choice for the discerning man.

Hi RC,
Have lost count now of how many you have generously earmarked. I hadn't put my hand up as I don't have a bandsaw but I do have a cold saw. So if there is still one hiding on the bench please tag me.
Regards
Bruce

Hi .RC.
In the spirit and tradition of "pay it forward" we can now expect the forum to be flooded with give-away bandsaw clamps...
Let's see.... if each recipient makes 14 more to give away.. then they in turn each make another 14 ......
Regards
Ray
