Who might supply this bearing?
Hi all,
I'm giving a 1930s qualcast push mower some resto love.
The wheels have these bearings in them. One is save able, the other is rusty powder.

I'm not even sure how they are called. I took them to a bearing place and they just said they were old and can't supply.
Any clues as to getting replacements?
Many thanks,
Greg
