I almost bought some of those yesterday.....I picked up a Tonka style front end loader for the kids instead...

Any one got any "good buy" suggestions on flap disks? I can see I'll be needing a few for Blondie.

Or if you need something a little bigger....5 8" HSS Dormer Drill BIT 2F Recently CNC Sharpened | eBay
Had a 5/8 and 9/16 turn up today, drills are in VGC, very nicely sharpened. The only downside to a new one is there ia no Tn on the tips. Upside.....far far cheaper than a new one.
He only seems to have the 2 sizes.

This is interesting jigsaw table for someone with limited space for tools. It turns any jigsaw into a scroll saw? I think it's rather limited without the extension, I built one ages ago but not as versatile as this.

    Shipping discount for October.

Crikey Ray, that's a lot of screws for $10.

    Bargain.

    Default air regulator

    How cheap is this ?

AIR Control Compressor Pressure Gauge Relief Regulating Regulator Valve AR2000 | eBay

Or maybe I should have said, how good is it ?

Either way, I've bought one and should be able to give a definitive soon.

Same design as a Festo, but without the quality I expect

I don't actually NEED one of these, but it's so cheap I just had to get one to see what it's like.

    Cheers

    Default Rotary tool

I've been meaning to get a rotary tool for a while. I preferred the electric to air, purely for ease of use and quietness so was looking at a Dremel. In Bunnings today I spotted this Ozito for $39 so I grabbed it (Xmas present I told the wife). A couple of the grinding stones are a little off but otherwise it looks OK, if not, doesn't matter it was only $39, we'l see how it goes.

This is more of a not so good buy. I saw a number of oil cans including a REGA in an antique shop in Horsham today but as the REGA was priced at $40 I did not buy it. They also had a tiny anvil which had the number 38 on it, made in Sydney. It was about 15 inches long and welded to a steel pipe base about 6 inches diam. Price was $495. Another item I thought may have been very useful was a Mummified Cat 1800's, very rare! It must be a rare item as I have never seen one before. I did not see the price.

I was in Horsham to pick up a Repco branded Piston Grinder from Harty which he had bought for someone else who never showed up. It is pretty rusty and some bits will not move so I have no idea how it will turn out. Harty only charged me the $100 he paid for it. It does not appear to have any cam arrangement for the work spindle. It has not been used for a long time as some of the single phase wiring is completely rotten. I twisted a piece and left bare wires behind. Something to do when I run out of jobs and get bored.
