CDCO Machinery gone quiet
Hi fellas,
Has anyone had trouble contacting CDCO lately? I sent an email off about three weeks ago asking for a postage quote on a list of stuff I wanted. I got a reply back saying he'd get back to me the next day, which he hasn't. A couple of polite emails since haven't had a response either.
I've bought from him only once before and it was an amicable transaction with no problems on either side.
He seems to be putting up new items on eBay so I assume he hasn't fallen off the perch suddenly. Has anyone else has problems lately?
There's a list of things I'd like to buy from him, I just need to know postage. Very frustrating
Cheers,
Wayne

Hi Wayne,
I had the same problem November time, it would seem Frank is great sometimes and other times well not so great.
It seems to happen to a lot of us.

Thanks Dave,
I was wondering if it was just me. I'll persevere.
Cheers,

me too
Me too.
Frank is normally very quick to reply with quotes . But , recently I emailed a query for availability of a 3" chuck and a five inch 1 1/2" -8 backing plate. He replied saying the plate is out of stock . I replied asking for a six inch backing plate instead ( easy to to down to five ) , but he never replied which is most unusual for him.

CDCO might just be over run because of his cheap prices and everyone buying world wide from him.

Happy Chinese New Year
Hi,
I bought from CTC tools about two or more weeks ago and received a polite reply stating that it was Chinese New Year last week, so absolutely everything would be held up. Guess it affects everyone in China/Hong Kong.
Hope that helps (my order isn't here yet but should be by the end of the week or early next week).
Cheers Ben

He told me 2-3 years ago, that he was the only one there, working alone.
