Will this cheap ebay chamfer cutter be adequate for aluminium?
I want to mill a 45 degree angle across some 40mm x 160mm aluminium T-slot rail (the type used for CNC router or 3D-printer gantries). It's an internal cut, i.e., I can't tilt the vertical milling head, it would foul.
So I found this chamfer cutter on eBay. Looks a bit like a woodwork countersinking bit, but I'm thinking it might be adequate to cut across the walling of the aluminium extrusion.

Is it a good bet? Or should I be getting a different type of cutter?
My project is actually making a couple of extension tables for my Felder sliding saw. If I can get this chamfer cut right, I'll save myself a fortune over buying the OEM item, here:

On the images in this link, you can see the 45 degree chamfer, which bears the load on the extension table.
