    Hi Guys
I think we will always have annoying issue's with these cheap 4x6's, I have just had a run of broken blades [at the join] which made me do a back to basic's reset of all adjustments which seems to have fixed the problem. It is probably only the second full setup i've done since I have owned it, should do it more often i think.
One interesting thing my saw would have to be 35 to 40 years old, I bought it at a garage sale over 15years ago for $25 and it was old then but it has eccentric bush type adjustments on all 6 guide bearings.

All the best for the Festive Season.

The blades should be adjusted/checked every time a new/used blade is fitted as there are slight discrepancies in blades even from the same roll. As stated from my blade supplier.
