Default Can someone check my math?

    Hi all,
I was thinking about QCTP holders last night and was wondering on measuring the width of the dovetail. I have some .250" ground bar that i can use, but rather than relying on the sub par chinese holder i wanted to work out the width i should have between the bars. The dovetail should be 1.650" at its widest point (according to the Aloris site) The width doesn't really mean anything though, what i really need to know is how far the .250" bar will be from the corner of the dovetail. I make it .341" but i'd like to make sure....

I suggest not relying on calculations. Just measure across the pins on the best-fitting holder you have and make yours the same. There should be clearance at the apex anyway.
