I had a bad experience with a second hand machine from them....Maybe they might be fine with new stuff...

FWIW I bought a new Chinese 13x40 lathe from Shaw Machinery ten years ago - no problems at all. Their price delivered to Cairns was several hundred dollars cheaper than I could buy the 12x36 version of the lathe locally. I later bought some tooling from them, again with no problems at all. Everything arrived well packed and as advertised.
