    Default D1-4 Face Plate Wanted - 250mm or 300mm

    Anybody have an unwanted Faceplate they are happy to part with? Or know of somewhere that sells them at this size?

    I emailed 8 Australian businesses 6 working days ago - only two replies! Useless!

    I have found a new, 250mm one from the US for $110 landed here - it seems reasonable to me, but I was keen to shop locally for once!

    Any ideas?

    I don't think you will beat that price from anyone over here. I just used one of my face plates for the 250mm chuck, it's plenty strong enough for what I will be doing.

    Recently ordered one (8.5"Dia) from the US, came to $145.00 Including shipping.

    If you don't mind me asking, who was that through? I know CDCO has them cheap.

    It would be good to line up a container to be delivered 2 to 3 times a year to get all of our orders delivered combined to save costs, It would need someone over their to receive the orders and pack it, anyone have any contacts in this department?

    I know it's a long shot getting something going like that but it would be good to be able to use the free shipping codes, specials and 15-20% off vouchers,etc from over their to the container.

    A good idea re the container, recently priced getting some parts for a
    All-Crop header that I am rebuilding shipped from the US, most quotes were well over $1000
