We have outlets in most states in Australia selling our products as well as New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Their magazine is glossy, and I wonder if in their dealings, they have provided good customer service.

yes i have dealt with them several times the last time being only a few weeks ago ( some reamers ) .
they are not the cheapest around but they are quick , a phone call with the order and bankcard details and the goods are here with me in 2 days some times the next day and out here in the scrub that is good enough for me .

ETS used to be at Tingalpa, which was handy to my home, before they moved to larger premises at Loganholme. While they were at Tingalpa I bought a reasonable amount of small items from them and never had any problems with the quality or the service, but since they moved to Loganholme it's just too far to drive so I haven't bought anything from them of late. The quality of their stock would be about on a par with H&F, but they are usually just a little bit dearer. However they do stock some items that H&F don't have.
