    Hi PC,

    I must have got something right as I went out to the shed I have 1.2mm on the cross-slide. I did a couple more light passes to "loosen" things up a little, then bored as above.
    No change really.

    As always hard to take pictures of blue.
    I'd check my measurements then I think I'll just start knocking the compound around until things look better than they do now. I'd like to think it couldn't be far to go

    Well I think I'm going to call it good.
    It might be a little "the other way" now but its almost as good as my compound slide it seems. And I think if its going to be out its better to be out this way than the first way.
