I think that if you are in a business, you would have a business card, Alibaba would use your card to get you business and then charge you for it, as they seem to be a gatherer of information to disperse via the web. Saves you running around advertising world wide.
Somebody else might have a different idea on it.

They put your details into their contacts and then spam you.....I mean ....keep you informed of the latest developments.

Google V Card or virtual card. That's what they will be on about. Its often exchanged in programs like Out Look. I see them come across my phone.

It's every thing you would disclose on a printed paper card, but electronic. Paper cards are so 2012.
