I'll save a search for Greenfield tap holders in ebay. I have a large Chinese holder and a small Goliath T holder (which I also suspect is from Asia, despite the price). I would like a medium size holder to fill the gap. The 5" M&W seemed to fit the bill nicely. The search goes on.

I too have looked at Goliath Die and tap holders and have been underwhelmed. Certainly non English looking. I have been on the hunt for a 1" split button die holder to replace my POS P & N holder. As yet I have found nothing. Plenty of non split holders though.

Bob, why don't you make one? they're not difficult - this one is for 1 1/2" dies. I can even provide some stainless cone point screws for you if you like (M6 from memory)
