eBay Arboga. Rough.
Here's another ebay machine that makes you wonder:
Arboga Maschinen German made Industrial Mill | eBay
It's an Arboga EM825 Heavy, made in Germany for the Swedish company for a short time before they introduced the U2506-a transitional machine with many of the heavier features of the later model.
This one has a wrecked table and a mod to the quill handle-obviously it was used as a drill press only. And haphazardly at that. I didn't gaze to long at the pictures as I think the table is unrepairable, and I don't know where to get an economical replacement of that size.
The motors on these are integral, and 415v is necessary. Just ask Ken, he is the expert on these.

It could sit in my basement anytime. Maybe the table wouldn't look perfect but i could have it useable in no time...Bob

I guess its because I've seen my fill of abused machines this year, Bob. Other issues with the ebay machine are the missing speed selector handle...why? The quill operating handle has been buggerized with that capstan-like four handle thing.
The table's tee slots look like they've all been compromised, so its not just a matter of craters.

What a pity, the table looks like Swiss cheese. Trying to repair it would be a nightmare, in my opinion.
Looks like an expensive boat anchor.
Again I ask myself, how do machines get so abused?
