I will add my vote to avoid C-Tool like the plague. He is well aware of the condition of his items becasue he always shows the best view possible, never the rusty, pitted side.

    Default feedback?

Now I need to decide what feedback to leave. It's tempting to leave no feedback, but that doesn't help future buyers. I don't think I can leave negative feedback, because I accepted his offer of a $10 refund. I guess that leaves neutral feedback with a comment about the deceptive description/photo and an acknowledgement that he gave me a $10 refund.

    What would you do?

I would be more worried if i was driving it hard it in a large milling machine.

Shank is 1". Thanks for the offer to sharpen, but I'll see how it goes as is first. What do you sharpen end mills with?

I use a Darex end mill sharpener. Also have a Clarkson T&C grinder thar will do the same job, albeit without the air spindle

I would leave negative. Then I would add a link to this thread in a follow-up comment. The negative is for all the guys who have to pay return postage for stuff he knew was crap in the first place.

Got to be a plus 1 for me too. E bay does have an element of undesirables that need a sharp needle.Exploitation especially when you buy with confidence from a hi volume seller and a good f back rating. I would not hesitate to give neg feedback and point out the fact that he is being watched by so many via this thread.
Had I come aboard as an active contributor and participant earlier am sure that some of the rubbish that has turned up here would have been shared with others to avoid grief for them.also that already posted is some members here reluctant to indicate that they too have been ''shafted by unscrupulous e bayers. i say give a negative might bring on other ones. Hi Chris,

Feedback is to let other customers know if the seller is genuine and honest. This forum, in some ways performs the same feedback function, warning potential buyers about dishonest sellers.

Can you put links in feedback text? A link to here would be appropriate feedback....

    Regards
    Ray
