Just wondering if anyone can tell Me how long it usually takes for Enco to Process Orders. I placed an Order on the 13th of July for 32 Grinding Wheel Bushings for My Tool & Cutter Grinder. So Far I have not Received an Email from them in Regards to Postage or anything more about the Order.

I haven't ordered anything from them for a while but normally you get an email within 24 hours.

I'm not sure how they operate now, but in the past things went a hell of a lot smoother if you registered with them before placing and order.

freight price Okayed by me 13/7
order acknowledged 13/7
shipped 18/7

I Emailed Enco as I Said I would and I got a Reply with an Apology yesterday. I added some 1/4" Square Tool Bits and agreed to the Postage for the Order. So Hopefully late next Week I should have something.

Well My Parcel from Enco arrived in the Mail Yesterday 7/aug/2012. I was given a Tracking Number for it, but I could only Track it in America as Our Lazy Australia Post hadn't Scanned it when it arrived. Had the Parcel gone Missing No one would have known where it was.
