Default Epex baby mill on ebay

Hi guys. Do you reckon this would be rooted? Milling slotting machine small unit by Epex 3ph with cu - eBay, Equipment, Machinery, Metalworking, Industrial. (end time 31-Jul-10 22:15:14 AEST)
Some of the rust looks bad. And can it really also be a slotter? I don't see any reciprocating bits.

PS: Check out his other items. A whole yard of rusty machines.

Its a specialised horizontal mill for limited application.
Basically for using a side and face cutter for slotting key ways on round shafts .
Not the sort of thing you would buy as a general purpose milling machine.
    Looks past it as well.
