I have seen people just use v belts , the kind that are in many segments , you buy by the roll and you just make up your own length. I saw a guy running three v belts on a wide flat pully . seemed to work .
I think you can buy flat type segmented belts.
Check this out V-belt pulleys on a 9A Under DriveThe volume of a pizza of thickness 'a' and radius 'z' is given by pi z z a.
