To fix a problem, stick on a label!
Had to laugh when I saw this in Bunnings..
Just label it.jpg
.. but why leave it on display?

Might have been some idjut at bunnies playing with it, broke it and then left it there. Seen that before today.

Looks like an inappropriate use of cast iron.
If you were after a drill press, make an offer for it and make a steel ring upgrade.
I've done this a couple of times at Bunnings - they want to move things fast and can make decisions on the spot.
