Handmade Hardware
I know this is extremely rare these days, but is anyone aware of someone in Australia who is making handmade hardware?
I'm talking about a small-scale forge and metalwork operation which is producing hinges, hand forged chain, handmade high end lock hardware, maybe handmade nails... That kind of thing. Boutique blacksmithing I guess would be one name for what I'm looking for.
Just curious. I've got a project coming up and it's a piece which I hope to have in my house for a while (life). Would like to use nice hardware.
Cheers,
Luke

Luke, you might want to put that in the smithy section, as there would be a lot of blacksmithing members there, who may do stuff like that for you.
