    Yes I have noticed that also, I think the problem is a lot of these people in search of a new lifestyle are dreaming.
    They want country life, with animals etc, but have very "soft hands" & have no idea of what it would entail.
    The workshop pursuit never seems to be raised, so we would say "what is wrong with these folk" ?
    I wonder why they want all the large kitchens with a "range" & exposed beams, bedrooms, reception rooms, & "snugs" whatever they are. Seems like they pursue a boring existence !
    However, we do enjoy watching this show.

    Happy New year to all on the forum. I am afraid that with all the work I did yesterday moving lathes I was too tired to stay up and listen for the deafening sound of silence outside at the strike of midnight.
