HuanYang questions.
I am installing a HuanYang VFD and need answers as to what how to proceed. It powers up as soon as the circuit breaker is turned on- don't need the start button? Is it not supposed to wait for Me to turn it on? What should the display look like with the unit idling and no motor started or running?

Hi
Yes the VSD comes on when ever input power is supplied(or shortly after). Though the motor shouldnt start.
I believe by default the display displays the set freq.
