    pipeclay, where? in SS?

    Riley, I wouldn't think there is such a thing as a NPT nut. NPT is tapered pipe threads used in hydraulics etc rather than being a fastener. Typically you would screw in into a port on a machine, a boss on some pipework etc (the latter is exactly what I am trying to do, but I need the boss).

    Fair enough, hydraulics is quite out of my realm of experience ...just a thought.
