Lapping Cheap Micrometer Anvils.
In the same email as the adjustable machinist's jack, is an article on Lapping Micrometer Anvils, https://www.homemadetools.net/forum/...m_medium=email
Towards the end of the video, he discovers that at up close the Micrometer reads undersize, and at a distance away it reads oversize. Thought it would be a good discussion point for newbies to learn something.
