Hey

I am looking for someone (in Australia) to turn a copper project for me. Since it is a confidential project I can not post the drawings here.
For the first batch I would require between 100 to 150 pieces turned from 3/8" (9.5mm) pure 99.9% copper. The length of the device is 115mm and is quite simple.
It is NOT a precision part, but it could be CNCed to save time, but being within 0.5mm is fine for most elements. Post turning will require grinding 3 finger grips (could be hand done), and finishing off one of the ends, again grinding it by hand would be fine. And then one end would be manually bent, and the the whole device is to be polished and buffed for maximum shine.
PM me for more details and drawings. I have also created a prototype that can be used as a guide.
If you have any questions, please ask.
The key here is to manufacture in Australia. So I am look for efficient and cost effective batch production. If I can't find anyone in Australia, I will need to produce overseas.
By the way, I'm in Melbourne.
Thanks
Girius
