Looking for metal foils in Australia.
Looking for metal foil (36 gauge) for a little project I am working on. Bit complicated to explain, but I want small shapes cut out of thin metal. Like this stuff available in the US. Is there stuff like this in Australia, or do I have to buy online from there?
Hope you can help.anne-maria.

Bearing shop have shim brass and possibly stainless steel, would be expensive though. Hobby stores used to have thin copper sheet for burnishing. Companies that supply laser cut stainless steel solder mask for printed circuit boards would have thin stainless too.

36 gauge is 70 thou or 0.179mm
I know heat treaters use thicker foil for keeping oxygen out. May be worth asking?
