Metal Turner Needed
I am 17yr old prop maker and i am trying to beef up my little hare and forbes bandsaw. The origonal pulley on it is a crappy plastic serpentine pulley. I was wondering if anyone with a metal lathe would be able to turn me a new pulley from either Mild Steel or Aluminium? It has a 35mm bore and 3 tapped holes for mounting. I will post a photo soon. If anyone can help me, many thanks.

Im out in Campbelltown, (Western Sydney), there is really no time restraint, i just want to get my bandsaw back up and running.

Unless the photo has dimensions you would be better off just doing a sketch of the finished item with the sizes on it you want and any tolerance,also included things like chamfers or angles.

If you can give the sizes it could be made quite quickly.
I dont mind doing it,you will need to decide if you want it out of Ali,Steel or Cast.
