Good looking machine there pity is not up here. My old first mill was an old Denbigh.Well used and loved though no white ants in the table and nil tooling. I was as happy as a pig in the proverbial when I got it working.Let the fun begin. Is a blank sheet of paper now, so its all hose in the pocket from now on.the old Denbigh along with its twin, they breed you know and still punch out their keep occasionally.John.

Good to see the Deckel population on the Forum growing in leaps and bounds.. that's another 2 just this week.

Hell of a first mill!
Nice one aaron.
SimonGirl, I don't wanna know about your mild-mannered alter ego or anything like that." I mean, you tell me you're, uh, super-mega-ultra-lightning babe? That's all right with me. I'm good. I'm good.

Did that wheel collapse after trying to move the mill around or as soon as you put all the weight on it.

Just fantastic Aaron, now you know how I felt when I brought my mill home. Those FP1s are beautiful machines, you'll love it.

hi. well it all sounds positive. well noticed pipe clay. im not shore i only noticed the wheel once i put the mill on the stand. so its sitting tight till i sort that out. i think ill take the weight with a trolly jack then see what i can do about the wheel.
should be good once i get it inside and running.
happy days
