    Default milling feed rates

    Hi Ewan,
    The weather you ordered has been perfect. I was surprised when I got back to the van to find my 'shanty town' style awning extension still attached after the gale force winds. I must admit, I had more rope than tarp though.
    The second and third page that Rob has uploaded are the nomogram I was telling you about.
    Hope you had/have a safe delivery of the mighty Vernier.
