    Default Milling Machines in Perth

Hi Guys, Just joined your forum.
A friend and I are interested in buying a milling machine each and was wondering if there are any other business's that sell the HM-45 that Hafco sell? We are from the country so don't know Perth very well. I have done some searching on the net and have not found anyone that does. I did see Ron Macks web site, but he seems to be focused on the larger machines.

    Sterob,
Have a look at our web site ( www.carbatec.com.au and follow the link to the Perth site) or contact us via [email protected] as we sell three models of metal milling machines. Send me an email and I will post you a catalogue ([email protected]).
    Regards
    Garry

    Default Milling Machines in Perth

    Hi Garry,
Thanks for that, but I think the mills That Carbatec sell are a little small for what I want. I was looking at the HM-45 machine specifcally.

There is Hare & Forbes (Hafco) (obviously) and also Fiora Machinery.

Both are linked from my Metalwork Suppliers page at http://www.peter.com.au/metalwork/suppliers.html

You might also like to join the yahoogroup aussie_minimill_owners http://groups.yahoo.com/group/aussie_minimill_owners/ (and opitionally aussie_9x20_owners if you use a lathe as well) as useful places to find Aussie specific information.

My Mate and I went to Perth, to Fiora Machinery today and both bought a Mill each. I got a new HM-45 and he got a S/H (almost new) HM-52 ( I think).
Just have to arrange transport down now.....and make some room in the shed....:0)
    Thanks for the link Peternl.
