hahahahaah
Thanks Guys! Yes, uhm, money is not 'no object' but I have a little to spend, and yes, there is a good chance I'll be getting into trouble, but its easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission, right? lol
Ew, I see now the difference with that Face Mill. I'll have a look around and see what I can find.
I've added that wrench to the list too! Flicking CTC an email now to ask them about the drill arbor and chuck.
Oh and I have to go double check my spindle is M16.
Really appreciate the help guys, would have never been able to put that list together without all your help on this post, and the other posts I made.
now i just have to wait!

I've been looking at this 45 degree face mill:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/170941291...84.m1438.l2649
There are some cheaper ones on ebay from HK and China, no idea to what quality though.
Both will need a 22mm arbor. Worth looking into what inserts you would require for them also and see what is readily available and what the price is like.
As someone mentioned, a fly cutter is cheaper and can easily be made by yourself. However I think I'll still get a face mill for speed.

Sshhhhhhhhhh. You've got to start them off slow, once they realise the're on a slippery slop its to late for them to turn back, before they know it the're buying an optical profile grinder
Hey, spending someone else's money is fun. (and makes a nice change lol)

Keeping them in total ignorance works a lot better.... anyway compared with boats, even golf starts looking cheap. The steering gear for my boat was priced at over $8000. I made it myself thereby freeing up the same amount of money to buy tooling. That's my logic and I'm keeping to it.
