Re-shaping a diamond wheel
125mm Diamond Grinding Wheel Cup Grit 600 Cutter Grinder | eBay
I'm thinking about buying one of these to modify a router bit.
Is it possible to put radius on the edge of a diamond wheel. After looking around on the net...
it seems like a green wheel might do it but nothing realy positive could be found.
Has anybody attempted reshaping a resin bonded diamond wheel?

Why not use the green wheel to shape the router bit. The diamond layer on that wheel is not all that thick (3mm?) so it won't take much dressing to ruin the wheel.

Norton sell dressing sticks for CBN and resin bonded diamond, sorry I don't have a part number...
For dressing resin bonded wheels there is a machine called a "Brake Truing Device" I got one a while back off ebay, but still haven't gotten around to using it.
as the router bit will be used only on aluminium plate.

The Brake Truing Device looks like a little grinder so I take it that you could just hold the stone onto a spinning diamond wheel?
I never thought of a milling cutter but I need the little ball bearing the router bit has to guide the cutter.
But I'll keep looking at that idea of a milling cutter.
