One thing he does sell, and which he had marked down last time I looked is a needle de-scaler attachment which screws onto your basic $30 air chisel handpiece.
Man, those things are excellent for chipping off weld slag, plaster, cement, rust, paint, etc.
Haven't seen them sold anywhere else locally, but a great tool. I basically leave mine permanently on the handpiece.
Damn noisy, but get into complex stuff like cast lattice work that would defy a wire buff and otherwise require a sand blaster.
