Rotary shear
I have a rotary shear which had very limited instructions for adjustments, etc , included with it. It has a couple of mystery fittings on it, which look like they may hold or clamp something down, but I have yet to figure it out. They sell these in the U.S. (I am in Australia), but I have searched their websites and Youtube, and have found very little info on them.

The first picture has the " handle" which does not extend through the casting, so something should be held on by this, but what?
Second picture is of the unit itself, the 3rd picture is of some kind of "stop", but it does not come up high enough to do anything.
I have managed to adjust the cutting wheels so they leave a nice flat edge (like a guillotine), but have only tried it on 1.0mm ally. It says the capacity is 3mm, but does not state the material. Anyone mastered one of these?
Sorry about the repeat photos (and they are turned 90 degrees, I spent half an hour trying to fix it, but couldn't work it out)
