the 9/11 buildings (ex World Trade Centre) certainly did...as do lots of others and includes ships and subs
The chillers on the ships that I have worked on didnt use sacrificial anodes
they used 316 stainless tube plates and end shells with cupro nickel tubing in the water cooled condenser
