    Been looking for that for a year or so - and always ran into dead ends.
    By the way, to download the document you have to either pay for membership, or - as I did - upload some original work and get it for free!
    I wrote a 15 page pictorial history of a rare French children's bicycle from the '60s a few years back and it was accepted by the library and I was given this dicument in return....

    It appears that you can upload any...well almost any pdf file you have on your computer.

    I joined the SCRIBD site for $9 for a one month subscription and downloaded about six or seven books already so easily worth the money with plenty of time to go.I will unsubscribe by the end of the time though as I don't need a constant M'ship being charged each month.
