setting up transmig 165
hello, i have recently bought a 165 as an upgrade from a gasless. i have a short lead connected to the postiive terminal, but where do i connect the other end of it to? there is a brass bolt thing directly in front of the wire drive wheel, do i remove that and connect it there?
i wil be using this mig for gas welding
there seems to be no directions whatsoever in the manual provided.

G'day.
When I get home, I'll have a gander at my 165 and maybe post a piccy or 2. The manual that came with mine was pretty good i thought.
Didn't have any problems hooking it all up.
Are you using the little regulator that came with it?
If you are, Get rid of it. get a good one. I got a unimig regulator with the guages on it. 1000% better than the original.Hooroo.
Regards, Trevor
