Sometimes setups can be fun. This one was.
I made this er32 hex collet block a few months ago but wasn't sure the side angles were correct, that's because I got the angles from a couple of triangles cut from plastic on my cnc router.
0.3mm was faced off each side using the BS-0. Watching carefully as it was cutting I could see the plastic triangles are actually pretty accurate.
Notice how the table on my mill is a bit small for me. The tailstock is held with only 1 clamp. Anyone know how to make a mill table longer ? ha ha
