I have bought some gear off this new guy on ebay to see what it's like. One thing I find about new guys to ebay from over their, is they are cheap while they get their ratings up.
eBay My World - anytools2010
The other stuff is electronic gizmo's, like angle gauges etc.

update
Freight is still slowly filtering through. The 1st box turned up today(just don't get me started on the post office failing to card the arrival again). It looked like some of the postal sorters must have tripped over it on the way to their coffee break. and spilled their drinks on it as even the inside paper packaging was still very damp. They must be reading about me bagging them and it is payback time. Box 2 which was posted 2 days later still hasn't hit customs yet according to the tracking number.

Parcel duly turned up, turns out it has been sitting in my post offcie since 15/11, got a "Final Notice" in my PO Box today. Only problem being the "Final Notice" was the first notice. not happy Jan. I even queried this parcel with them late November.
On the subject of CTC Tools, I placed an order on 7/12, paid same day via Paypal, got a shipping advice today, a whole 10 days later!!!!.
Expected better from them, especially because he confirmed the item was in stock before I placed the order.
On the other hand placed an order with CDCO 13/12, had some extra items on there (AXA tool holders) so Frank could fill a Flat Rate box, Frank came back next day with a list of the things he could get in and a shipping total, paid same day via Paypal, Frank shipped next day.

I know just after I made an order a few weeks ago with CTC he was flying out somewhere, maybe that was the delay.
I posted a link earlier about other tools from Hong Kong eBay My World - anytools2010 but it turns out it is CTC as well.
I had trouble with a protractor not being ground properly in the corner, so I sent a photo and was surprised to get an email back that read "Best Regards Heine CTC tools" at the bottom.
After I inquired about it being CTC he said they had opened a new store for the new products coming in 2011. I had looked at CTC before buying from this new store and the CTC prices where dearer, so I would say he is getting the rating up in preparation.
He fixed up the protractor error, by refunding me the $18.40 to send it back and has already sent a new one out, can't complain about that when it was only $25 posted.
I had a problem earlier on in the year with an electronic edge finder. It still worked fine but the cap was machined off set, he gave me a credit on my account.
