[QUOTE=BobL;1872568]When I said BO I did not mean armpit or other pit type BO.
Hi Bob,
Understood .
Anyway back to the topic - you haven't yet described the smell.
When I said "My new aftershave" she threatened to belt me one.

I'm quite sure that some people have sensitive smell and taste receptors. Certainly over the past fifteen years or so I've discovered that I can easily distinguish the difference in taste between a fresh bottle of wine and one that has been opened for a day.
And before anyone asks, yes I've taken a liking to Australian Shiraz and Cabernet's, their just bloody expensive over here !

Girl, I don't wanna know about your mild-mannered alter ego or anything like that." I mean, you tell me you're, uh, super-mega-ultra-lightning babe? That's all right with me. I'm good. I'm good.

Chris
Sorry to hear of the tough news, about your wife.
It must be a difficult time for you.
One never really gets over a loss like this, but my hope is that you get through.

Smelly Tools
This is a bit O/T but years ago I worked with an electrician who had a set of Xcelite nut drivers.
It really did smell like someone had thrown up inside the tool case.
Years later Google informed me it's the cellulose butyrate that the handles were made from.
Whatever the scientific reason, they smelt putrid.

Chris, that is dreadful news You will be in a very tough space for some time, and although with the passage of time the hurt will ease some, it will never go away. My sincere condolences to you and your family, I hope that you have lots of friends around offering support in these most difficult days. Best wishes,
