Default Source for flat drive belts?

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced source for drive belts? I am in the middle of an old surface grinder restoration and need an 11ft leather belt 1.5" wide.

    (3.35 M X 37mm)

The machine has a plate which indicates a nylon belt length three inches shorter. Why?

Thanks Phil...I guess minimum thickness as it has to double over a 2" dia pulley on the spindle and an idler e same size. All in all it passes over three pulleys and three idlers. Since its for a surface geinder it cannot use metal clips. That's the only thing i know about flat belts.

No problems Greg, I will see what we have. If you need to go to Power Transmission Services in Bayswater, then ask for Ron Fablin. Ron started the business and I first met Ron when he was working out of the boot of his car. Mention my name and say hi. If anyone can help he will. I think his son might be running the business now, his name is Robert. ( not sure Robert will know who I am)
