    Default Steamwhisper and YouTube

You've been sprung, posing as the maintenance engineer at Sovereign Hill, you've also been busy putting together YouTube clips, and have kept it quiet.

Just thought I'd have a geek on YouTube at Sovereign Hill and up pops Steamwhisperer, "bugger me, I know that bloke".

No links, just have a squize on YouTube at Sovereign Hill, Steamwhisperer, and see what you get.

You might have included a clip on how to retrieve gold without really trying.....Next thing we'll here is you've published a cook book featuring emu soup and kangaroo roast with Ballarat Chinese vegetables.

If you want to keep it quiet, Mr film director, I'll keep my mouth shut.

    Ken

Thanks Ken, just make sure you don't tell anyone. I'd hoped they had removed it by now, I copped a fair flogging over that one and was called 'steamologist' for months. Damn Education Department.

Here is the link, It's worth a look at the whole thing but if you want a good belly laugh, I come on at 5.38 min. bahaha

Ya got that right Scott, no close up is about the only upside.
Although it does have 54 views which for me means that it's gone 'viral'

    Good vids.

    Should be more of them

    Everyone should get motivated.

    Cheers

OK - how (not) to stress test your welding. PI Crash 2012 2 - YouTube

The camera kart in the first part of the footage is one of the ones I built. I'm in #65 in another of my chassis. The 2nd part of the footage is form my kart. All chassis (and drivers) survived intact and unbent and raced for the remainder of the weekend. So far we've built 16 chassis and they currently hold the National #1 plate in all superkart non-gearbox classes.

    Brings back memories.

In my younger days we used to do dirt track go-karting andthe spin factor was rather high

    Not many collisions though.

I suppose on bitumen they let go a lot less progressively (faster), once they go it's almost impossible to get back.

    Good vid.

Phil consider it this way you could soon be hosting Australia's first ever Metal mans dream show on TV just like Dick Strawbridge in "Beat The Ancestors" or "Planet Mechanics"

No intention to say you have something in common at all.
